Prayer Ministry
Genesis UMC Prayer ministry:
· Prays for Genesis UMC church, community, nation, and world;
· Instructs, equips, and enables others to pray; and
· Encourages church missions and ministries to utilize prayer.

Stephen Ministry
Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
It is common for everyone to go through difficult times. However, having someone who genuinely cares, listens, and shares God's love with you can provide much-needed support during times of confusion, stress, or loneliness. God intends for us to have support and not struggle alone.
If you or someone you know needs a trained, compassionate, Christian listener who can empathize, pray, keep your information confidential, and support you during a crisis or difficult time, consider contacting our Stephen Ministry.
