Communications/Social Media Request Form
Event Guidelines
Choose a communications package below and submit your request. These requests require 2 weeks before communication begins.All events will be uploaded on the website, church calendar, and church center app. The event will be communicated in weekly churchwide text messages and emails (on Thursdays) and communicated in the pre-worship slides.
If approved, your communication will start on Thursday, two weeks from your request.
The average churchgoer at Genesis only attends worship two times a month. The further in advance a request is placed, the more likely it will get the attention you need!
Package A
(for weekly/monthly events - example: a new study in a small group)
-Website, Calendar, and Church Center App placement
-2 Week Run in upcoming events page linked in Church Texts/Emails and preservice slides
Package B
(for major/special events - example: a quarterly/annual event for a ministry)
-Website, Calendar, and Church Center App placement
-4 Week Run in upcoming events page linked in Church Texts/Emails and preservice slides
-Message of the Week announcement in Worship Service
-Church Text featured item
Package C
(for churchwide events - example: a ministry opportunity or event for every person)
-Website, Calendar, and Church Center App placement
-4 Week Run in upcoming events page linked in Church Texts/Emails and preservice slides
-Message of the Week announcement in Worship Service
-Church Text featured item
-Promo Video featured/advertised on church social media
Package M
(for mission/ministry highlights)
-3 minute video highlighting the ministry/mission and shown during offering in worship services
