  • Second Sunday Singles

    SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8 AT 12:30PM

    Second Sunday Singles Lunch is a monthly outing from the single women of Genesis UMC. The location changes each month, but a sign-up sheet is available in the Koinonia Place.

    This month, our singles will be dining at LaFarm Bakery at 4248 NW Cary Parkway.

  • Hospitality Training

    SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15 AT 12:30PM

    All interested in serving in any area of hospitality at Genesis UMC are invited to join us at 12:30pm on Sunday, February 15th for a church-wide hospitality training. At this training, you will learn how to use Planning Center Services, our volunteer scheduling app, as well as receiving role-specific training for door greeters, information desk volunteers, children’s check-ins, ushers, communion servants, and coffee and kitchen volunteers. A catered lunch will be provided.

  • Churchwide Game Night

    SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15 AT 5:00PM

    Join our Unleashed Youth for a churchwide party! We will be having game night on Sunday, February 15 at 5:oopm. Bring your favorite board game to play with friends.

  • New Disciple Study: The Prophets

    SUNDAYS AT 5PM, STARTING FEBRUARY 15

    Start the new year with an opportunity to learn more about the Bible and come closer to God. In this 12 week study, we will read all the Prophets of the Old Testament and see what wisdom they have for us in our day to day lives. The class will kick off on February 15 at Genesis UMC and will meet weekly on Sunday evenings from 5pm to 6:30pm, finishing on May 3rd. You do not need attend all sessions to participate. Study guide books will cost $17, with scholarships available.

  • Next Steps Lunch

    SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 22 AT 12:30PM

    The Next Steps Lunch is a great starting point for anyone interested in taking their next steps in following Jesus at Genesis UMC. At this catered lunch you will hear about who we are as a church, what we believe, and how we would like to come alongside of you in the ongoing journey of following Jesus Christ.
